PAYMENTS
We accept Credit Cards (via PayPal shipping cart) & Personal Checks.

    •  Having problems with the payment process? Please contact us so that we can help.
    •  Paying with an eCheck through PayPal, delays shipping until the eCheck clears, usually 3-5 days.
    •  If you don't have a PayPal account you can pay as a "guest". You can still pay for your purchase with a credit card,
         without opening a PayPal account or giving PayPal any personal banking information.
         The credit card transaction is processed by PayPal just like any other online purchase.

STANDARD SHIPPING
We provide fast and courteous delivery service & ship via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service.
Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions. Your custom order will arrive within about 4 weeks if not sooner within the USA. Additional shipping charges will apply to items shipped abroad.

RETURN POLICY
Online merchandise may be returned for online credit or refund within 7 days of the shipment to the address on your packing slip. Upon receipt of returned goods, Judi's Lampshades reserves the right to deny any refund if the merchandise is not in selling condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Judi's Lampshades is not responsible for returns not received or for product damaged in route to us and not insured. Returns may take up to 10 days for processing.
